- Candidates were allotted to Divisions and Units category-wise (UR, SC, ST, PwBD) as per merit.

- No re-allotment request for change of division or unit will be entertained under any circumstances.

- Selection is purely provisional. It is subject to fulfilment of required conditions of the relevant Recruitment Rules.
- No provisional candidate shall be given appointment without regularization of their candidature.
- Officials with a pending vigilance or disciplinary case, or those undergoing punishment, will not be promoted. Such cases will be referred back to the Circle Office.
- SC/ST/PwBD certificate verification will be done by the concerned Divisions/Units before appointment.
- If any candidate is later found ineligible, or any error is found, the name will be deleted from the select list.
- Candidates who were earlier declared successful but declined their promotion will be promoted only after completion of one year from the date of last declination.
- For CE candidates (GDS category), the term “APPOINTMENT” must be used in the order — not “PROMOTION”.
