- No provisional candidate shall be given appointment without regularization of candidature.
- Officials with pending vigilance or disciplinary cases, or those undergoing punishment, will not be promoted and such cases will be referred back to the Circle Office.
- Divisions must re-check roll numbers, names, community and eligibility before issuing the offer of appointment.
- If a candidate is later found ineligible, the name will be deleted from the list.
