Who Is Eligible?
The PLB will be paid to:
- Civilian employees in Defence Production establishments
- Belonging to Group C and Group B (Non-Gazetted)
- Who are employees of DoO(C&S) (Directorate of Ordnance, Coordination & Services), the erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board (OFB)
- And are working on deemed deputation at AWEIL

How Much Bonus Will You Get?
The bonus is calculated as per MoD letter No. 48(4)/98/D(B&C) dated 27.07.2000, with a monthly ceiling of ₹7,000.
Using the standard calculation method followed for central government bonuses (monthly emoluments × number of bonus days ÷ 30.4):
₹7,000 × 31 ÷ 30.4 = approximately ₹7,138
So, employees whose monthly emoluments are ₹7,000 or more will get about ₹7,138 as PLB. If your emoluments are below ₹7,000, the bonus will be calculated on your actual emoluments.
