UP Circle PA/SA LDCE Final Answer Key 2026 Released – Series A, B, C, D Full Answer Key | Exam Held 28.06.2026

Published: 14 August 2026 | Category: India Post Latest News, India Post Circulars, PA SA Departmental Exam

Good news for all Uttar Pradesh Circle candidates.

The Office of the Chief Postmaster General, U.P. Circle, Lucknow has released the Final Answer Key for the LDCE and Competitive Examination for promotion / recruitment to the cadre of PA/SA, held on 28.06.2026 (Sunday).

The answer key covers all four series – A, B, C and D, for questions 1 to 100.

This is the final key, not the provisional one. So whatever you calculate from here is very close to your actual score.

Quick Summary

  • Issued by: O/o Chief Postmaster General, U.P. Circle, Lucknow – 226001
  • Signed by: Assistant Director (D.E.)
  • Date: 12.08.2026
  • Exam: LDCE and Competitive Examination (CE) for PA/SA
  • Eligible Candidates: LGOs (Postman / Mail Guard / MTS) and GDS candidates
  • Exam Date: 28.06.2026 (Sunday)
  • Circle: Uttar Pradesh
  • Vacancy Year: 2026
  • Series Released: A, B, C and D
  • Total Questions: 100 per series

Important Point – GDS Candidates Are Also Included

Read the subject line of the letter carefully. This exam was held for:

  • LGOs – Postman, Mail Guard and MTS (through LDCE)
  • GDS candidates (through Competitive Examination)

So GDS to PA/SA is a real, live route in UP Circle. Many Gramin Dak Sevaks think they must first become MTS. This notification proves the direct competitive route also exists.

Total Omitted Questions – 3 in Each Series

Before you check your answers, note this. Three questions have been omitted in every series.

SeriesOmitted Question Numbers
Series A45, 71, 98
Series B35, 61, 79
Series C25, 51, 69
Series D15, 59, 91

These are the same three questions in each series, just shuffled to different positions. Marks for omitted questions are normally granted to all candidates as per departmental practice, but the final decision rests with the Circle Office.

⚠️ Please Verify Before You Celebrate or Worry

This answer key has been typed out from a scanned copy of the official letter. Scanned tables can always have a reading error in one or two boxes.

Before making any final calculation, please match the key with the original PDF issued by your Circle Office or Division.

Do not take any action, and do not lose sleep, based only on a typed version from any website – including ours.

How to Calculate Your Score

  1. First, note your Series from your question booklet – A, B, C or D. Answers are completely different across series, so using the wrong series will give you a totally wrong result.
  2. Ignore the three omitted questions for your series.
  3. Match each answer with your recorded responses.
  4. Apply the marking scheme as per the exam notification.

Do not compare your answers with a friend who had a different series. That is the most common mistake every year.

What Happens Next?

Based on how other circles are proceeding this year, the usual sequence is:

  • Final answer key released ✔ (done)
  • Result / shortlist for DEST declared
  • DEST (Data Entry Skill Test) conducted
  • Final result and posting orders

For reference, Telangana Circle and Delhi Circle have already scheduled their DEST for 16.08.2026. UP Circle candidates should keep watching official communication from their Division for the DEST date and venue.

Start your typing practice now. Do not wait for the result. In DEST, you get only about 15 minutes, and there is no second chance.

Not Satisfied With Your Score? Read This

If your calculated score is low, please do not stop here.
