Full List of DELETED Questions (Very Important)
Many candidates get confused here, so here is the clean list.
Paper-I Deleted Questions
- Set A – Question 33
- Set B – Question 31
- Set C – Question 34
- Set D – Question 36
Paper-II Deleted Questions
- Set A – Question 9 and Question 14

- Set C – Question 4 and Question 15
- Set D – Question 2 and Question 23
Paper-III Deleted Questions
- No question has been deleted in Paper-III in any set.
What does DELETED mean for you? A deleted question is removed from evaluation. Normally, the department either gives the mark to everyone who attempted or reduces the total marks accordingly, as per the rules mentioned in the notification. Do not panic if your deleted question was wrong – it will not go against you.
How to Calculate Your Score Step by Step
Follow this simple method:
- Take out your question paper set (A, B, C or D). Your set is printed on the top of your booklet.
- Match your answers set-wise. Never match Set A answers with a Set B paper – this is the most common mistake candidates make.
- Count your correct answers.
- Ignore the deleted questions listed above.
- Check the negative marking rule in your official notification and subtract accordingly.
- Add Paper-I + Paper-II + Paper-III to get your estimated total.
- Compare with the qualifying marks for your category (UR / OBC / SC / ST / PwD).
Keep in mind – this is only an estimated score. The final decision will always be as per the official result.
